Rules & Regulations
The occupancy load is 150 people.
All bookings require a $100 security deposit to confirm booking. The deposit is held as security for damage, cleaning costs and damages. If the Hall is clean and is in same condition as prior to the event, the deposit will be returned.
All deposits can be paid by e-transfer to globulletin@gmail.com; or by cheque made payable to “Grand Lake Oakfield Community Society”
